I guess my need to be creative came out in my cooking this week I changed the brocolli and cheddar in my Chicken Dijon w/ frozen spinach and parmesan It was totally yummy.and pretty.
I also took one can tomato sauce added a pinch of basil(Ionly had dry)heated that through and then wisked in 1 can milk and 1/4 cup parmessan and it was so much like the tomato basil soup at Le Madeline my hubby loved it too.
I made a salad that too many to count posted as a picture Romaine lettuce, fresh raspberries, fresh french green beans, havarti cheese, all w/ that wonderful poppyseed dressing.. Cooking was fun this week.
