Thursday Thirteen #31 My Winter Garden --No flowers were harmed during this shooting

A little bird told me it is time to look at your garden

It will soon be Easter you will want some pretty plants

Hmmmm what do I want to do?

I 'm good at dreaming up beautifully manicured beds or or untamed English garden's

But when it comes to the potting

and care..... I seem to ...

Be off playing

or resting or(on the computer)

I need to work as hard as a humming bird

Somehow I will find the time

I won't just be blue

or cry about it

I will have a garden that welcomes everyone

So next time you see a post about gardening it wont just be about stone or shoes it will actually have some flowers :> I promise

I admire people who can grow gardens. I kill every plant that comes to me. So, I do not even bother to try to have a garden.

Beautiful! What a great garden! It must be wonderful when all the flowers are in bloom.

Every spring I plan to have lots of flowers, and every summer I give up. Maybe this year. =)

I love garden statues despite not having a garden to put them in. But I admit, the "cherubs" with their faces in their hands creep me out a bit. LOL.

Great pics!

Happy TT

What does it mean if I see them moving around in my mind?

You're so creative :) I like this. I don't know if we'll ever get to see the garden for real with flowers so I guess pictures will have to do.

Oh. My. Goodness!!! My mouth seriously dropped to the floor. I want to come to your house and just sit there and look around and enjoy. Wow. I love, love, love these shots and your garden!

Hey, thx for your visit too. I am blogging to reach out to others regarding foster care and of course to get my name out there for when my book sells. I so appreciate the words you put in comments - knowing you were there and understand/empathize. It just opens up my world a little more.

Joy, this post was great! I love all those stone figurines you have in the garden. And the Welcome sign.

My post was meant to be humorous. I'm not giving anything up for Lent, Ha!

The one with the birds reminds me of small antique markets on narrow, winding streets in Europe. Beautiful!
