This has come to be one of my families favorites-- prosciutto wrapped asparagus. These are just mouth watering and you will crave them for weeks. (trust me I KNOW)

This is Foie Gras on a plum a new to me, amazing duet.
3.
These crab cakes melted in my mouth and they were cooked in the French butter that has 'more fat' and I ate 'too many to count' --Oh my!Oh my!!
4.

These were so fresh, the perfect contrast of basil, mozzarella, and a grape
5.

It is hard to call these huge cocktails :SHRIMP
6.
I know stinky cheese and crusty bread sounds really bad but is sooo good
7.
Little pigs in a blanket morsels make a throw back yummy Bicycle
8.
the color just pops on these olives and hummus
9.
Who doesn't LOVE the innocent deviled egg?
10.

Sinful, huge Strawberries

An awesome cake, from a cute named bakery something like 'Little Red Hen' . IT was Gingerbread and Cream Cheese and turned everyones mouth blue.

It was such a lovely party and as wonderful as the food was the company was even better.

Stinky cheese and crusty bread only sounds bad to people who think real cheese comes in square, orange slices and is always kept refrigerated!

That prosciutto looks delicious!

OMG! Marcia, delicious food! Your family serves food like my husband's family who are Italian and have lived in NYC all their lives. The cheese with the bread is Brie which is delicious put under the broiler for a few minutes to melt it. Yum! I'm glad you enjoyed New York City!

Marcia! whoever put on this party really knows how to do party well!! I'd love to be on their party list. I've made the proscuito wrapped asparagus for a few years now and they always leave the platter fast. (I broil mine a bit) Everything made my mouth water and I'm going to try to remember the basil, mozzarella and grape thingee for my next appetiser dish.
Ok and the cake, spectacular. John must be well loved for someone to put out that much wonderful stuff for his party!! I loved this TT can you tell cuz I can't stop yakking....
