Weekend Snapshot ( last weekend)

Last weekend you might know, if you have seen my blog this week, I went to NYC with 5 of my siblings for my brothers 50th birthday. It was such a fun trip I love my family-- we are spread out geographically in -Ohio, New York , Tennessee, Florida, and Texas. As we get older we have seen each other more often w/ weddings, milestone Birthdays of our parents and over half of them have reached milestones too.

We are a strong group of individuals and I do mean individuals I think most people that know one us would say they do not know anyone else quite like us :>. So when you put us together
there are interesting dynamics --We are passionate and --compassionate.

We are doers, we work hard, we laugh so much, and some of us loose things(me).
We do not see in some ways how we are alike --and relish in others. We have differing ideas- on life, politics, houses,- jobs, religion, love , where to keep the dishes, our shoes-- we ride in Subways in Ford,-Honda- Nissan, Lexus or a Limo this week (thanks C&J)

--families are families they argue -tease,support, they understand (or not) but most of all --they love
Blogger won't load my pictures:<

Blogger's not working huh... that's not fun. I agree that your family is very different, and that you lose things. But it's okay because I do too.

It looks like you guys had a great time! How fun!

I just had to laugh because seeing you all together, there can be no question you are siblings.

How lucky for you to have such a close relationship with your siblings.I always envy people with families. Being an only child. My husbands mother had 22 children and i must say none of them are close, which i find sad.
Looks like a good time was had by all

These are fabulous pictures and a wonderful story!!!! I'm loving these! (Next time you go to NYC, call me and I'll go with you. You don't need to travel alone. It's not safe. And your husband has work to do. Your children are too busy, too. Sooooooo....am I making a good enough case to be your travel companion to the Big Apple??? lol)

Looks like you had a great time. I enjoyed your shots. I spent my 50th birthday this year in NYC with my sisters, daughter, and my friendly ex husband. Great place for a fun celebration. I'm glad you all were able to gather for your brother's 50th.
