Look what landed on our 2 story house last night- My Husband called me from out front on his cell and said get your camera and come outside quickly --So I did thinking there was a pretty sunset and he shushes me as I come out..... Not time for a sunset - but a huge like 2 foot tall bird so we went in to get the telephoto lens and took a bunch of pictures and neighbor kids gathered around, just a little treat
Then hopped flew next door
Then one more --I hope this one was not shocking
It must have been tired and had to rest on its way back to the park
(unless it was a secret agent trying to look in our skylight or the neighbors turbine and or plant a bug on the others antennae . ha ha late summer entertainment is scarce when the Olympics aren't on yet:)

I start to notice birds more now as I get older.
Still don't know much about them.
That little guy actual remind me of a dodo bird which I've only seen in pictures.
