Photo hunt **Ruined

Photo Hunt

Remember this? ---this was 1 1/2 ago and when I heard the photo hunt prompt was 'ruined' I immediately thought of this post:
*
I made R a birthday cheesecake as per his request, as I was taking the outside band off the spring form pan it slipped out of my hands and looked like this

YIKES!!!

I was sooooooooo sad but R&B were so sweet they tasted it off the floor and said it was so good, DH even put a candle in it . Good Sports all!

Luckily I had a frozen back up so the cake I baked from scratch was ruined but not the evening.

Perfect take on the theme! I was thinking that I wish I had some photos of my kitchen disasters over the years. Thanks for visiting mine and have a great weekend!

Great take on the theme. The important thing is to have a good natured family to turn ruin into a fun time anyway. Sounds like you have that kind of family.

Oh your family loves you!! That was such a wonderful thing to do...taste it off the floor. This is my favorite of all the "ruins" I've seen so far today. Great take on the theme!

I could just imagine how sad you felt when that happened. It was nice of R&B to show you how much they appreciated your effort.

To laugh of it is better than to cry, your family is Great!
Isn't it the better picture of R. blowing out his candles?
