My Worldand Ruby Tuesday
After seeing the beauty in Central park and the walk back (like these red tulips)
We got dressed (they all made fun of my glasses and said they looked like Elton John what do you think?) Oh well they broke anyway?
we hopped on the subway
headed downtown
in the shadow of the empire State building
we were excited to go to the Macy's flower show in NYC which was April 5-19 and just stunning
the theme was based around this beautiful pink Flamingo
We walked in under this
to see this
there was something for everyone

Those flamingoes are so delicate and graceful.
I love what you've done with the head wearing a wig. This finger under the chin makes all the difference.
And those are glasses to be watched as well as to watch with.

I used to love the Macy's flower show. Have to say that the subway - the city itself - looks cleaner than I remember it from my years living there. Great series of shots. Thanks for giving me a nice visit to my old home.

I didn't know Macy's had a flower show... I'll have to check it out next time I am there.
These are beautiful photos, and the street scenes reminds me of NYC where I used to work for 3 years a long time ago.
