My world is Red

That's My World Ruby Tuesday
May is beautiful Wild flower time here in TX here is a beautiful red field that catches my eye every one of the 4-5 times a day I pass it!!



I never tire of this block or two long field of red.

..It kind of reminds me of a Monet Poppies painting ..

I had the name almost right when I looked it is

I LOVE blanketflowers. They grow wild in a few places too... but won't bloom for at least six weeks, I bet. ;-)

Wow. Totally breathtaking. Right now we don't have any wildflowers up - it's all flowering shrubs and trees time. A favorite of mine is the serviceberry tree.

Lovely. Spring is my favorite time and I love wildflowers.

I was in Texas one spring and saw a field of beautiful red poppies.
