Today I had knee surgery, it was not too bad I was in and out by 10ish this AM. They really moved us through quickly, I hope it went well. Dr said he cut away part of the damaged Miniscus and lots of Arthritis. I feel waay too young to be using that 'A' word, I know the thinking that I am still a young athelete has a big impact on my aging athelete wannabe knees that are not, depite the spelling, quite "the bees knees" .My friend J brought me a new best friend The ice machine tonight ...........I am in love (more later)
