Today is National Yoga day


I went to class today--I hope you do a stretch for your health:>I have been going to Yoga now on a somewhat regular basis for over 4 years-- I am more flexible than I ever have been , I think I am not as claustrophobic and when i get at least once a week in I know I am more calm --give it a try.

i have never done it, but always thought it was fascinating...

Good for you, you are so well rounded with all your activities. I need to take the time to practice something regulartly and I definately need to get more flexibility.

I am amazed at the influence of yoga in the US. My hubby does it but I have never learnt/practised it. Too lazy!
I hope ur dad is better.

I have never done Yoga. I have some good Yoga relaxation music / breathing techniques on my ipod, I listen to it when I fly. But I think I would like a class.
