one of those side view mirror shots I posted Fri evening.
This morning or night @ 2:45 I awoke to a burning smell and a little smoke we tried to figure it out ourselves for about half an hour and basically we thought it was the furnace or wiring -- You know that smell the furnace makes when you first turn it on each year, it was like that ten fold, it was getting worse so we called the fire Dept and three nice men came and 'smelled' our house and they could smell the smell!! One looked at the furnace and after about 15-20 minutes said leave it off and get it checked out. Their lights reflected on my car when I snapped this shot of them leaving at 3:45 AM as they left.(always thinking of the photos:) Thank you firemen for the peace of mind to try to go back to sleep.
Today I am thankful for firemen.

Gorgeous photos! I'm glad nothing terrible happened and everything seems to be okay so far. Hope getting the furnace checked out takes care of the problem. Bundle up, stay warm!
I love my fireman!! So did you ever figure out the smell and where it was coming from? I bet you were scared!
