My World The NY Metropolitan Museum of Art

http://showyourworld.blogspot.com/
The NY Metropolitan Museum of Art is so Amazing!1 I had such a fun visit there. I was allowed to take non flash photos throughout. I hope I share just enough to tempt your interest and I know it won't cover it all because we were on a time limit so we did not see half of it.

we first went to the Egyptian Area and found some modern Egyptians there too:)

African

Roman

French

And last but certainly not least one of the Picaso's

Great shots Marcia. One of my sister's lives across central park from that museum so this post makes me think of her.

I'm sure that's a top notch museum. I didn't have enough time to see everything when I was there last week of April, but really glad to see this in your post today.

I'll bet you could spend days there and not see it all. Nice shots without flash. I especially like the calf closeup. We are so fortunate to have museums like this. Thank you for sharing a piece of your world.
