Photo Hunt breakfast

Becca and I made banana bread today we will have some for breakfast tomorrow

This is an awesome recipe there are no eggs
Easy Banana Bread
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup mashed bananas
1/4 cup milk
1 tblsp lemon juice
2 cups flour
1& 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
sprinkle nuts on top before baking
Mix all ingreds bake @350 for about an hour I had little pans so it was just 1/2 an hour
there are no eggs I am a confident enough baker and cook to occasionally try and switch things up and it doesn't bother me to post my mistakes

that is how we learn...
I tried to adjust the flour and use some a little left over baking mix, added an egg ..... they rose too high spilled over and I had to pull them out and clean the oven which took an extra 20 minutes, so then they fell with the interruption, Don't switch any thing, this is a very good recipe and Martha says:"Cooking is an Art, but Baking is a Science and needs to be precise--Ok Martha I will be a more precise Scientist.

That looks sooooo good. No one at my house likes nuts so I never make things with nuts. I love nuts. I guess I need some mini pans so I can make one little loaf with nuts just for me.

I love banana bread. When I was in high school, the head cook in the cafeteria at my school would bake my own special loaf when I got over ripe bananas for her from the store where I worked. I can almost taste the bread.

Nice job with the photography as well. These shots would make great illustrations for a cook book.

That looks delicious! I love the photo of the "mistake" and the Martha quote. Although, a couple of my best recipes started out as mistakes...

this is probably going to sound corny but you will make a living just selling this on the open market in my local marketplace.
