WS Tangy Red Chicken Chili

I made up this recipe Saturday from looking up a few others it is so Yummy and Tangy(definitely a keeper for both hubby and Me
Chicken Chili

Saute in 1 Tbls Olive or other healthy oil
* 1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
remove and add
* 1 cup chopped onion
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
saute and when softened stir in
* 1 tablespoon ground cumin
* 1 t paprika
* 1/2 t cayenne pepper
* 1 Tbs flour
Add all at once and stir in
* 3 cans chopped tomatoes
* 1 can (12 to 15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
Bring to low boil add these and heat till desired tenderness
* 2 small zucchini or summer squash, cubed
* 1 cup fresh mushrooms (optional)
* juice from 1 whole lime
* 1 fresh tomatilla chopped
YUMM

Marcia, you're a creator in cooking. And the way you cook looks like ours. Same ingredients. I believe you, I'm close to say : it smells good !
